Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a partial or full refund.
To request support, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone and provide your order details along with photos of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will always do our best to resolve any issues.
