Shipping & Delivery Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all flower arrangements and customized orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the flowers have been prepared and arranged.
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Maral Gifts is not responsible for situations where the recipient is unavailable to receive the order or refuses the delivery.
Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details including the correct address and contact number of the recipient. Maral Gifts will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
In the rare case that there is a problem with the quality of the flowers, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution when applicable.
